Breathe is an interactive meditation experience owned by DBE services and managed by Blackburn Diocesan Board of Education and is available to hire by schools, parishes, or church groups. It is especially suitable to use at special events, conferences, residential activiites and to enrich the RE curriculum.

It can be used by up to 30 people at any one time. Individuals move around a multi coloured mat at their own pace using tracks on an mp3 player to guide them through 12 different areas with opportunities for reflection, activity, thought and prayer. It is suitable for children aged 10 years  or over, young people and adults.
