ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS)
£22,127 plus £7,000 housing allowance
The high profile, forward thinking Board of Education is looking
for an experienced Christian youth worker to lead the work among
young people aged 11-24 in Blackburn Diocese, encouraging them
to grow in their Christian faith and in mission and service.
Sharing the love of God with young people. Supporting those working
with young people in parishes and schools and promoting best practice.
Heading up a committed team of Youthworker/Chaplains working in
our diocesan Church of England High Schools and Academies. Working
collaboratively as part of the senior leadership team of the Board of
Education in taking a strategic overview of ministry among young people
in Blackburn Diocese.
