Developing a Strategic Approach

This course will provide participants with the opportunity to:

• Explore the role of leaders in delivering Equity, Diversity, Justice and Inclusion.
• Understand how work on Equity, Diversity and Justice supports the school’s Christian Vision.
• Consider who needs to be involved in developing work around Equity, Diversity and Justice.
• Understand key principles in planning and delivering work that brings about meaningful and long-lasting change.
• Access a series of tools to support leading a whole school approach to Equity, Diversity and Justice.
• Plan next steps.

£100 per person for schools who pay into the Diocesan Family of Schools SLA

£150 per person for those who do not pay into the Diocesan Family of Schools SLA  

Schools who pay into the Diocesan SLA Family of schools can use one SLA session for this course. This includes attendance for up to two members of staff.
